About the Role

I run Adcubator, a Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce clients.

We don't just buy media—we build the infrastructure behind it. Internal tools, AI pipelines, automation systems, and workflows that give us an unfair advantage over other agencies.

We already have a working AI-powered landing page generator (Forge), automated research pipelines, and several internal systems powered by Claude, Manus, fal.ai, and custom APIs. These tools exist because I built them with AI assistants. Now I need someone who can own them, improve them, and build the next generation of tools alongside me and the team.

You'll build with Manus, Claude, Anthropic's API, fal.ai, and whatever other tools or APIs get the job done. I'll tell you what needs to be built—you'll figure out how to build it and ship it fast.

You'll work directly with me and the team to create tools that make everyone faster, more effective, and more dangerous in the marketplace.

What You'll DoBuild Internal AI Tools

• Take rough requirements—sometimes just a voice note or sketch—and turn them into working tools.

• Build complete web applications:

  • User interfaces

  • Backends

  • Databases

  • API integrations

• Integrate LLMs (Claude, Anthropic API, GPT, etc.) into production workflows.

• Build AI pipelines:

  • Scraping

  • Processing

  • LLM analysis

  • Structured output generation

  • Storage

• Ship quickly. New tools should move from idea to working v1 in days, not weeks.

Work with Manus, Claude & AI-First Development Tools

• Use Manus as a development accelerator.

• Know how to prompt, direct, and generate production-quality code using AI.

• Use Claude (chat and API) for feature development, logic creation, and problem solving.

• Chain AI tools together effectively:

  • Claude for reasoning

  • fal.ai for image generation

  • Manus for development

  • Custom code for orchestration

• Build tools that use AI themselves:

  • API-driven applications

  • Image generation workflows

  • Data analysis systems

  • Structured output generation

• Stay current with new AI tools and APIs and evaluate emerging technologies as they become available.

Own & Improve Existing Tools

• Take ownership of Adcubator Forge (our internal AI landing page builder).

• Maintain and improve existing automation systems.

• Monitor tool health and proactively fix issues.

• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience without needing detailed instructions.

Automation & Infrastructure

• Build scrapers that extract structured data from:

  • Shopify stores

  • Ad libraries

  • Competitor websites

• Set up:

  • Databases

  • File storage

  • Authentication systems

  • Deployments

• Connect tools to existing systems:

  • Slack

  • ClickUp

  • Google Workspace

  • Google Ads API

• Build:

  • Webhook handlers

  • Scheduled jobs

  • Event-driven workflows

Work with the Team

• Collaborate directly with Jem.

• Gather requirements, ask the right questions, and execute.

• Work closely with media buyers and the creative team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

• Propose solutions instead of simply executing instructions.

• Document everything you build so the team can use it independently.

• Ship incrementally:
