Security is a global organization within Group Technology Infrastructure and Security Engineering. Our services focus on identity management for users, access management for applications and infrastructure, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. As an expert in ISE Security and internet technologies, you'll be part of our team and working closely with the internal project team.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to:
• support business stakeholders and their teams in translating business requirements into functional, non-functional and configurational requirements,
• document the technical requirements in standard system,
• contribute expertise to shape the Risk Management solution operational procedures,
• help to decide whether out of box vs customised solution is needed to address business requirements,
• report the progress and communicate with stakeholders,
• help to drive ServiceNow platform change support migration from legacy platform and assist with transition related assets.
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with Business and Functional requirements’ management;
• strong strategic, judgement and integrative thinking skills, risk management & control knowledge
• proficient with business analysis and hands-on with software delivery tools, such as GitLab and ServiceNow, and reporting tools such as Power BI
• confident communicator that can explain business requirements to IT stakeholders and their engineering teams,-and influence their outcomes
• capable of understanding our client needs and translating this into products and services
• ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Experience with vulnerability management/analysis would be a plus
• Prior banking / investment banking domain experience could be beneficial
