Technology Project Manager - Relocation and Visa Sponsorship Available in CYPRUS

We are looking for a technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technology projects that span across different departments or lines of business. Your role will involve coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring the alignment of project goals with company strategy, and delivering successful outcomes within the agreed parameters of time, quality, and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and implement technology projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Manage project initiation, including stakeholder approval and coordination of suppliers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing requirements, designing work to agreed standards, and managing the development/build activities.
• Identify key areas of business change and manage interdependencies between technology and business workstreams.
• Ensure that project milestones, timelines, and workflows are met and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Regularly communicate project status, changes, and updates to stakeholders, including technology and business teams.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risk, including conducting project life-cycle activities in line with Project Management Lifecycle.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs and manage technology resources and project documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology project management
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects as well as development and business application projects.
• Knowledge of Risk, Service Level, and Release Management.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting project status to all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity and challenging timelines.
• Creativity and innovation in meeting project requirements.
• Capacity for strategic thinking and planning.
• Agile methodology.
• Plus: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
