Insight Questor is an ambitious fintech startup on a mission to build the world’s first AI-native investment intelligence platform.

Our product delivers real-time market forecasts, personalized insights, and in-platform trading — all in one place. We’re bridging the gap between Bloomberg-level tools and everyday investors, making advanced financial decisions accessible to everyone.

To realize this vision, we’re seeking a fundraising-obsessed co-founder or exceptional Head of Fundraising — someone who shares our ambition, understands the scale of our vision, and knows how to get us the capital we need to build it.

🔍 Role Overview:

You will be the investment engine behind Insight Questor. Your mission is to secure €2–3 million in pre-seed funding, build strategic investor relationships, and shape our capital roadmap from launch to Series A.

You will work directly with the founder and take full ownership of all fundraising-related activity.

📌 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-seed fundraising strategy and execution

• Identify, approach, and close deals with angels, VCs, and Investment Funds

• Manage investor relations, pitch preparation, and due diligence

• Collaborate with the CEO on financial storytelling and vision presentation

• Refine the business model, unit economics, and investment materials

• Plan for Series A fundraising and long-term capital strategy

• Represent Insight Questor at investor meetings, demo days, and accelerators

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience raising capital for startups (ideally deeptech or fintech)

• Strong VC/angel network or fundraising deal track record

• Deep understanding of venture capital dynamics and early-stage economics

• Excellent pitch communication and storytelling ability

• Passion for AI and fintech innovation

• Entrepreneurial mindset and high ambition

• Willingness to join as a true co-founder (equity-based role initially)

• Fluent English (C1+ level)

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pre-seed or seed-stage deals €500k+

• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or predictive analytics startups

• Background in investment banking, venture capital, or strategic finance

• Network in EU, US, or MENA investment ecosystems

• Understanding of cap table modeling, SAFE agreements, or convertible notes

• Russian Language Skills (nice to have)
