Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineering

• Assist in mechanical design and development of components and systems.
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, assembly instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support equipment installation, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Analyze mechanical issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Hydraulic Engineering

• Assist in hydraulic system design, circuit development, and component selection.
• Prepare hydraulic schematics, drawings, and BOM documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in system validation and performance improvement projects.
• Provide technical support to production and after-sales teams.

Electrical Engineering

• Assist in electrical system design and schematic preparation.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and debugging activities.
• Prepare assembly instructions and BOM documentation.
• Maintain electrical drawings and technical records.
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.

Process Engineering

• Develop assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in at least one area:
• Mechanical Design
• Hydraulic Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Manufacturing Processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Understanding of BOM preparation and engineering documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong learning mindset.
• Willingness to support installation, commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Willing to undergo 6–12 months of professional training in China.
