■ Your Role And Responsibilities / 職務内容
As an Automation QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of “Point Management” and “Asset Management” services. This role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and QA teams to build a new organization within the company. Your contributions will support the company’s goal to revolutionize asset management for those who have not yet started or were previously uninterested.
・Utilize testing methodologies to analyze requirements and develop testing scenarios.
・Design test scenarios and cases to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
・Produce test cases, scripts, and data.
・Analyze testing results and recommend solutions.
・Contribute to knowledge management and collaboration in testing discussions and improvements.
・Execute assigned test-related tasks.
・テスト方法論を活用し、プロジェクトで実行するテストシナリオを開発するための基礎として、テスト要件を分析する
・ビジネスまたは技術仕様で定義された、テストに関連するすべての機能要件および非機能要件への適合性を実証するテストシナリオとテストケースを設計する
・テストケース、テストスクリプト、テストデータの作成に関するタスクを実行する
・テストプロセスの結果を分析し、解決策を提案する
・テストに関するディスカッションやコミュニティへの参加を通じて、ナレッジマネジメントとコラボレーションをサポートし、教訓を生かしてテスト付随業務を改善する
・アサインされたテスト関連業務を責任を持って遂行する
■ Experience And Qualifications / 応募資格
・3-5 years of experience with automated test cases for mobile apps, web apps, or APIs.
・Proficiency in Java, with a coding challenge as part of the selection process.
・Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
・Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese (native or JLPT N1 equivalent).
・3~5年のモバイルアプリ、ウェブアプリ、またはAPIの自動テストケースの実行および保守に関する実務経験
・バックエンド/サーバーサイドのコーディング言語はJavaがメインとなります。QA選考の過程で、コーディングにチャレンジしていただきます。
・口頭でのコミュニケーション、ドキュメンテーションスキルに優れていること
・日本語（日本語が母国語、もしくは、日本語能力試験N1同等レベル）
・英語に苦手意識がないこと（業務において必要であれば通訳を介します）
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎条件
・Professional experience with Appium, Selenium, or Unirest/Rest Assured.
・Experience with Cucumber for test cases.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bitrise.
・QA automation experience in securities, finance, or similar industries.
・Experience in in-house service operations.
・モバイルアプリのAppium、WebベースのアプリのSelenium、APIのunirest/Rest Assuredのいずれかのフレームワーク/ツールを使用した専門的な経験
・テストケースにCucumberを使用した経験
・Jenkins/Bitriseなどの継続的インテグレーションと継続的開発ツールの使用に精通していること
・証券・金融業界でのテスト自動化経験
・インハウスでの自社サービス運用経験
・英語（ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル）
