Senior Generative AI Engineer - Fully Remote

We have an exciting opportunity with Iris Software for a Generative AI Engineer role with one of our direct clients (It’s a fully remote role)

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer / Architect with deep expertise in designing and deploying complex AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in agentic frameworks, LLM ecosystems, and scalable AI solutions, along with hands-on development skills

Key Responsibilities

Design and build advanced GenAI solutions for complex use cases with high accuracy and scalability

Develop and orchestrate agentic workflows using both pro-code and low-code platforms

Implement multi-agent systems, tool usage, memory, and orchestration pipelines

Optimize LLM performance using advanced prompting, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques

Build end-to-end AI systems, including backend pipelines and frontend integrations

Ensure robustness, reliability, and observability in production deployments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in Java or R as a plus
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and mathematical modeling
• Ability to build and evaluate ML models end-to-end
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams

GenAI & LLM Expertise

Strong experience with google gemini adk

Hands-on knowledge of:

Model training and fine-tuning

Prompt engineering (advanced techniques like CoT, ReAct, RAG, etc.)

Assistants API / Agents / Function Calling
