Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed electrical designs, construction drawings, and 3D models using Revit MEP
Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and low-voltage systems
Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and process engineering teams to execute multidisciplinary 3D coordination
Create and maintain clash-free models with components developed to Level of Development (LOD) 400
Conduct model reviews and stakeholder walkthroughs using Revizto
Collaborate with construction teams and trade partners to support installation activities
Perform regular field walks to verify installation progress and ensure adherence to design intent and model accuracy

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a strong background in electrical design, drafting, and 3D modeling using Revit. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop coordinated, constructible models that support successful project execution from design through installation.
