We're growing fast and onboarding several new clients, so we're looking for an experienced payroll consultant to join our delivery team.
The Role
You'll act as a hands-on payroll specialist and HR generalist across multiple client engagements: owning payroll operations, supporting Rippling implementations, and helping clients get the most out of the platform. This is a consulting role, so you'll be client-facing, comfortable juggling several accounts, and confident working independently in a remote team.

- Run and support multi-state US and global payroll operations within Rippling, including audits, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Canada payroll expertise is a strong asset, as well as global payroll
- Administer EOR and international payroll across multiple jurisdictions
- Support Rippling implementations and migrations: data migration, configuration, and go-live
- Configure and optimize Rippling modules including Payroll, Global Payroll, EOR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Spend Management, and Workflow Studio
- Build workflow automations and custom reports to streamline client payroll processes
- Manage benefits administration (medical, 401(k), COBRA, FSA, HSA) and open enrollment
- Provide HR generalist support and act as a trusted advisor to clients
What You Bring
- 5+ years in payroll and HRIS, including multi-state US and global/EOR payroll
- Advanced, hands-on Rippling expertise across multiple modules, not just payroll
- Experience with HRIS implementations or migrations
- Strong grasp of multi-state and international payroll compliance
- Benefits administration experience (open enrollment, 401(k) audit / Form 5500 a plus)
- Excellent client-facing communication and the ability to manage multiple engagements
- CPP certification (or in progress) is a plus
- Must be based in the US or Canada and able to work core business hours (Mon–Fri)
