Influencer Marketing Manager (Sinhala-speaking) — Remote | Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and evaluate YouTube and social media creators daily; maintain a partner database.
• Reach out to creators, negotiate terms, and manage relationships through to content approval.
• Write and adapt scripts using AI tools; review creative materials before publication.
• Track payments and ensure partners meet deadlines.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.

• Report weekly to senior management on key outcomes and next steps.

Requirements

• Fluent in Sinhala (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or SMM.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Experience with influencer search and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of local audience preferences and social media trends.
