Job Description


IgniteSEO is expanding its offering and looking for an experienced PPC / Paid Ads Specialist to manage and grow paid search campaigns across our client portfolio. We're open to this being an employed position or a contractor arrangement — what matters most is that you know your way around paid media and can deliver results.


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (additional platforms a bonus)
  • Comfortable running campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally with agency experience
  • Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
  • Able to build, optimise, and report on campaigns independently, without hand-holding
  • Confident communicating performance and strategy to clients in plain, jargon-free language
  • Familiarity with tracking setups, GA4, and conversion measurement


What you'll be doing:
