Junior Motion Designer

About Us: Bonbrain LLC is a boutique mobile app studio producing innovative apps for global markets. We are looking for a motivated creative to join our team and help elevate our visual marketing campaigns.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Motion Designer to help produce video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and organic social media channels. You will be working alongside our design team to create high-converting creative assets, bridging traditional motion graphics with modern AI video generation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate engaging short-form video ads based on creative briefs. 
• Utilize and experiment with AI video tools (e.g., Kling AI, Higgsfield, Runway) to optimize and speed up video production.

• Edit, format, and optimize video assets for various social media ad specs (9:16, 4:5, 1:1). 
• Deliver assets on time and maintain asset organization.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Motion Design (Entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply). 
• Solid foundational skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
