Unity Developer in GERMANY

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Gameplay Developer who will support us in building hit games.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes, and markets hybrid-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers, and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next few years.

What you will do:

• You will help with existing games and improving their content and KPI’s
• You will build full, scalable games with a metagame layer out of the most successful prototypes
• You will handle all required technical implementations like tracking and advertising SDKs
• You should be able to create quick gameplay mechanics when necessary
• You will impact the culture and processes at an early stage of the company, no legacy, no politics!
• You will work together with fellow game, marketing, and business nerds who love to have fun at work and outside of it

Who you are:

• You have at least 4 years experience in developing successful hyper-casual/ casual games with Unity
• You are willing to work with existing code base and can easily add new features on top
• You have a deep passion for mobile games and love tinkering around with new mechanics
• You are able to use the built-in Unity tools to be as time-efficient as possible
• You have a good feeling for color, composition, and “developer art”You first get the game’s core loop right and then flesh out the details
• You love working together with smart, passionate and driven people, that hold themselves and others to high standards and want to grow constantly
• You like to celebrate your successes together with your team and also support them in difficult times
• Nice to have a degree in Software Engineering or similar field but not mandatory

• Big Plus:

• Having a shipped (over 1m install) mobile game with Unity3D
• Understanding of liveops concept and worked in a liveops team
