π Performance Marketing & Media Buying β’
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
β’ Own ad budgets and bidding β manage daily and monthly spend to hit target ROAS, CPA, and CAC goals
β’ Build full-funnel campaigns covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
β’ Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and copy to lower acquisition costs and scale winners
β’ Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, and attribution
β’ Report on performance with clear, transparent dashboards and actionable insights

β’ Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
β’ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
β’ Optimize site structure, page speed, metadata, schema, and internal linking β’ Build and manage backlink and content outreach strategies
β’ Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions β and adapt to algorithm updates

β’ Design high-converting ad creatives, social posts, banners, and landing page visuals (Figma / Adobe Creative Suite / Canva)
β’ Maintain brand consistency across every channel and asset
β’ Produce static and (ideally) motion/video creatives for paid and organic campaigns
β’ Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance data
βοΈ Content Management & Creative Strategy
β’ Build and own the content calendar across social, blog, email, and paid channels β’ Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts from brief to execution
β’ Write and edit compelling marketing copy β ad copy, captions, headlines, and CTAs
β’ Manage content workflows, publishing schedules, and channel-specific best practices
β’ Translate brand and business goals into cohesive, on-brand campaigns

β’ 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance / digital marketing (agency or in-house)
β’ Proven track record managing paid campaigns with real budgets and measurable ROAS/ROI
β’ Strong, demonstrable design skills β you can build a creative yourself, not just brief one
