About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our growing Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Exchange team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our VIP and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving client retention, trading activity, and long-term loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, helping them navigate our products and services while building strong, trusted relationships.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value of our trading ecosystem.



Key Responsibilities


VIP Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for assigned VIP clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value traders, investors, and institutional clients.
  • Understand client trading behaviors, preferences, and requirements.
  • Provide personalized support and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.


Client Retention & Engagement
  • Develop strategies to increase client loyalty and retention.
  • Proactively engage VIP clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Identify inactive or declining accounts and implement reactivation campaigns.
  • Promote platform features, trading campaigns, and exclusive VIP benefits.


Revenue & Trading Growth
  • Encourage increased trading activity among existing VIP clients.
  • Support onboarding of new VIP users and institutional accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve client experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Track client performance metrics and identify opportunities for account expansion.


Customer Experience Excellence
  • Ensure VIP clients receive priority service and support.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and recommending service improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver a world-class client experience aligned with company standards.


Reporting & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems.
  • Monitor client engagement, trading activity, and retention KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on VIP account performance and relationship activities.



Requirements


Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Services, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or VIP Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Fintech, Forex, Trading, Wealth Management, iGaming, or Financial Services industries.
  • Experience managing VIP, High-Net-Worth (HNW), or Institutional clients.
  • Understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency exchanges, trading products, and financial markets.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
