About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Remote Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all of our social media platforms, developing engaging content, and implementing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our digital presence and contribute to the growth of a leading sports management company. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sports, a keen eye for content creation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns and promotional activities
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing
  • Assist in brainstorming new ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence
