Technical Operations Lead

We are a fast-growing US-based home services company hiring a technical generalist in the Philippines to own the tech side of our job claiming and remote operations department. This is a hands-on role. You will configure and troubleshoot devices, build automations and bots, and keep our systems running so our team can move fast. If you like figuring things out, building things that actually get used, and working with a team that moves quickly, this role is for you.

What You Will Own

Device setup and support.

You will onboard new tea ---------- mbers onto their mobile devices including factory resets, US region configuration, APK installs, and troubleshooting US app access from non-US devices. You are the go-to person when a device is not working or an app will not load.

Automation and bots.

You will build and maintain scripts and automations that help our team claim jobs faster. This includes auto-refresh tools, browser automations, and simple internal tools. You will deploy and maintain these on Railway or similar platforms.

General technical support.

Troubleshoot issues in real time. Write documentation so the team knows how things work. Flag risks before they become outages.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Android device management including factory resets, region changes, APK sideloading, and accessing US apps on non-US devices. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting. Experience building browser or mobile automations using Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar tools. Comfortable deploying and managing on Railway, Render, Vercel, or similar platforms. Basic to intermediate React. Fast and stable internet. Available during US Eastern Time daytime hours. Strong written English. Self-directed -- you manage your own work without needing to be walked through every step.

Nice to Have

Appium or mobile automation framework experience. Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools. GitHub or version control experience. Prior experience supporting a remote team technically.

Pay

$1,200 to $2,000 per month depending on experience. Paid weekly. Fully remote. If you are exceptional we pay at the top of the range. If you are earlier in your career but clearly capable we will start lower and increase quickly as you prove yourself.
