Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer with strong experience in building scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and data architectures using Azure-native tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics
- Work with structured and unstructured data for ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Implement data solutions using Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, and SQL Database
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to support analytics use cases
- Perform data modeling (both relational and dimensional models)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for data workflows
Required Experience (Minimum 5+ Years)
- 5+ years in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing / Big Data
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Data Platform

Strong experience with:Â
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Synapse Analytics / SQL Data Warehouse

- Proficiency in SQL and Python or PySpark
- Hands-on experience with big data processing frameworks (Spark preferred)

Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must possess the following certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) (Highly Mandatory / Preferred)

- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional
