About The Role

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for guiding game teams in ensuring profitability and maximizing KPIs, while creating games with excellent player experiences. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with game development teams, data analytics, and marketing, with help from the Director of Product Management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the product strategy and roadmap working closely with Engineering and other cross- functional colleagues such as UX Design, Game Design, Data Science, UX Research, Marketing, etc.
• Use analytics and quantitative analysis to understand game performance, recommend A/B- test optimizations and provide input for improvements to increase user retention, engagement, and monetization
• Be part of a cross-disciplinary feature team to deliver exciting new experiences and features to our players. Help the team formulate hypotheses, deliver insights to inform the feature design and help set the feature goals.
• Work with Game Producers and Game Designers to provide product economy analysis, revenue optimization, feature recommendations, and ongoing live support for our games
• Work with Game Producers and Game Designers to deliver world-class live service content to improve the acquisition, engagement, and monetization of the product. Use live player data to inform the content cadence and merchandising strategy
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative analytics to monitor game performance, tune mechanics, and identify new opportunities and features to improve user retention, conversion, and monetization. Work closely with the Data team to utilize analytics driven designs and methodologies to the game development process

Requirements

• Experience in product management within Games,Web3, or SaaS environments
• Solid understanding of game economies and monetization
• Realized 1 Mobile or similar game title
• Experience using Excel or similar software
• Experience in a B2C product management environment where your consumer is the priority
• Experience developing video game roadmaps and visions
• Experience in planning and leading a product from planning to finish including live ops

• BA/BS degree – CS/EE/Engineering degree OR MBA preferred
