The role is part-time and fully remote, open to candidates based in Europe or the USA.

Key Responsibilities

โ€“ Enable workflow automation using AI-driven decision logic

โ€“ Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate

business needs into technical solutions

โ€“ Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable

โ€“ Support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and guide production deployments

โ€“ Provide architectural guidance and best practices for AI adoption

Required Skills & Experience

โ€“ Strong background in system integration and solution architecture

โ€“ Hands-on experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into existing systems

โ€“ Solid knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns

โ€“ Experience with event-driven architectures.

โ€“ Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration

โ€“ Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment

โ€“ Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-

technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

โ€“ Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks

โ€“ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

โ€“ Experience in IT consulting or enterprise environments

โ€“ Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise

systems

โ€“ Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations in AI

integrations

What We Offer

โ€“ Part-time, flexible schedule

โ€“ Fully remote work (USA time zones)

โ€“ Opportunity to work on real-world AI integration projects

โ€“ Collaboration with an experienced, international team

โ€“ Potential for long-term cooperation and expanded responsibilities
