Role Description The Vice President of Sales is a part-time, remote role responsible for building and leading the company’s sales function as it expands into the crypto space. This role will define the go-to-market strategy, identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships across the digital asset ecosystem. Day-to-day activities include designing sales processes, managing the sales pipeline, setting performance targets, and collaborating with leadership on pricing, positioning, and value propositions. The VP of Sales will also mentor future sales team members, create reporting frameworks to track performance, and partner with research and marketing to align sales efforts with market insights and community feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth in emerging or fast-evolving markets.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Account Management, including building pipelines, forecasting, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proven Business Development capabilities, particularly in identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, or fintech, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and market dynamics.
- Experience working in small or early-stage organizations and comfort operating with limited structure while building scalable processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
