We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Golang) to join our team of industry professionals.
Employment: full-time, remote (possibility to work from Limassol office)

Salary is determined by the interview results, and depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, competencies, experience and a set of skills.
Responsibilities:
- Solving backend tasks in GO for creating a proprietary platform for managing advertising products;
- Maintaining Demand-Side Platform functionality alongside Sell-SidePlatform balancing services;
- Choosing and Designing architectural solutions;
- Exploring, developing and experimenting with new features to improve model accuracy;
- Building highly scalable machine learning systems/models to improve ads ranking results;
- Developing robust core systems and algorithms, including ads format selection system, ads ranking system, model serving system, etc.
- Maintaining technical documentation on new features
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of golang, and solid foundation of knowledge in data structures and algorithms - min 5 years of experience;
- Experience in building high-load distributed systems or data processing pipelines in online advertising industry - min 3 years of experience;
- Experience in developing modern ads ranking/retrieval/targeting systems and recommender systems;
- Strong knowledge of OpenRTB and other RTB-related protocols
- Experience with SQL databases (we use PostgreSQL)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in building and troubleshooting machine learning workloads on distributed systems will be an advantage;
- Fluent in English and Russian;
- Ability to work productively with colleagues in a team;
- Interpersonal, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills are important.
