We are looking for an experienced professional to support IT service excellence, cloud service evaluation, and KPI-driven improvements within a global enterprise environment.
🔹 What you'll do
• Assess and analyze ITSM processes, service landscapes, and operational performance
• Evaluate compliance with ITIL practices and service management frameworks
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
• Analyze cloud services and infrastructure environments
• Identify optimization opportunities and improvement recommendations
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic analyses
• Support decision-making through KPI monitoring and performance reporting
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Architecture, and Business stakeholders
🔹 Must Have
✔ Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management)
✔ Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
✔ Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
✔ Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure environments
✔ Experience creating executive presentations and stakeholder reports
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of initiatives
