What Does The Role Entail

As a .NET Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business and user requirements. You will work alongside other team members to identify and meet clients' IT and communication technology needs. Involved throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, you will deliver projects to both external and internal customers, providing support as required by the respective support agreements.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and interpret client business and functional requirements to build, translate, organise and document these design requirements for solutions that cater for these needs.
• Work closely with business people and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Architect and Design Software Solutions in line with business and functional requirements, utilising productivity platforms, 3rd party applications, add-ons system integrations and customisations.
• Develop and implement the software solutions in line with the architectural design and functional requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Assist in the monitoring of project progress by tracking activities, assessing risks, resolving issues, publishing progress reports and recommending issue action plan as necessary.

• Configure, maintain and upgrade the delivered solutions to improve performance, functionality and user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
• Proactively seek ways to leverage technologies with a view to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security in the way we deliver Software Projects.

What You’ll Need

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development or equivalent.
• Preferably have at least 2 years’ experience within .NET development environments.
• Be knowledgeable in C#, SQL, MVC and Cloud Services.
• Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Possess good analytical skills
