What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our cloud development team. As a Systems Engineer, you'll deploy, manage, and optimize systems across cloud and on-premises environments. You'll handle both project-based work and ongoing managed services, requiring solid technical skills and strong client communication. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and adapt well to changing requirements. Our team includes network architects, cloud architects, software developers, and security engineers. You'll gain meaningful real-world experience and contribute to high-impact projects. We also provide many opportunities for growth and will cover costs of relevant education and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services and integrations
- Deploy and manage virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V and VMware
- Design, configure, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity
- Manage and support systems administration tasks across the environment
- Develop automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks
- Provide clear technical communication to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- 3–5 years of systems administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and related services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls)
- Scripting ability (PowerShell preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications (AZ-104 or similar)
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and modern device management
- Background in professional or managed services environments
- Basic Linux administration skills
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP)

This is a fully remote, full-time position. Only open to candidates based in Argentina available to work on Eastern Time. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.
