About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to support the design and development of automotive interior products and accessories. This role requires a hands-on designer who can independently lead projects from concept through production in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior and accessory design projects from concept to production.
• Develop sketches, 3D models, renderings, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, CMF, surfacing, and product teams.

• Conduct packaging and ergonomic studies to inform design decisions.
• Drive rapid prototyping and design validation activities.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive, transportation, or industrial design experience.
• Experience delivering at least one production vehicle program or comparable product launch.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools such as Alias or Blender.
• Strong understanding of automotive interiors, accessories, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Preferred

• Experience with EVs, vehicle interiors, seating, trim, or accessory systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production work.
• Startup, contract, or agile product development experience.
