What we are generally looking for:

Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field, combined with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Autonomous driving, ADAS, embedded systems, or automotive software development
• Software development in C, C++, or similar programming languages
• System integration, software integration, and vehicle-level interaction
• Embedded real-time systems and automotive development environments

Work location: All opportunities are in California, USA.

International mobility & hiring process:

For US-based opportunities, selected candidates may initially be employed under an Italian contract for the time necessary to complete visa and relocation procedures.

Upon successful relocation to the United States, employment will transition to a local US contract, aligned with the terms, conditions, and compensation structure of the destination role.

All contractual conditions will be clearly defined and communicated at each stage of the process to ensure full transparency.
