What we are generally looking for:
Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field, combined with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Autonomous driving, ADAS, embedded systems, or automotive software development
- Software development in C, C++, or similar programming languages
- System integration, software integration, and vehicle-level interaction
- Embedded real-time systems and automotive development environments
- Testing, validation, debugging, and issue triage activities
- Experience with automotive communication protocols and related tools
- Familiarity with tools and environments such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, Vector tools, dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, Jenkins, Git, or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive software architecture, control systems, or ECU development
- Requirements management, technical documentation, and development lifecycle processes
- Data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

International mobility & hiring process:
For US-based opportunities, selected candidates may initially be employed under an Italian contract for the time necessary to complete visa and relocation procedures.
