This is a rare hybrid/remote role at the intersection of design craft and hands-on delivery. You'll own projects end-to-end, from scoping client requirements through to a pixel-perfect, fully documented launch, working across modern WordPress tools including Avada, Gutenberg, and our own proprietary product.
You'll collaborate closely with developers, QA, and clients, creating responsive, accessible designs that are as thoughtfully engineered as they are beautiful. You'll also build custom Gutenberg blocks, design scalable templates, produce style guides, create client training content, and contribute to how we continuously improve as a team.
This isn't a hand-off-the-files role. It's for someone who takes genuine pride in what goes live.
What we're looking for:
