We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive with an intermediate understanding of the Microsoft 365 domain to join our remote sales team. This role will primarily focus on inbound sales, with a portion dedicated to outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations optimize their use of Microsoft 365. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Orchestry licenses and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. Provide detailed information about Orchestry's products and how the tool works within Microsoft 365
Outbound Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities. Conduct research to find potential clients and engage them through calls, emails, and other outreach methods
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Orchestry's products and their applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective clients
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track progress and maintain accurate sales records
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to help improve products and sales strategies
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and advocating for their needs within the company
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on inbound and outbound sales activities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies. Ability to articulate the benefits and value of Orchestry to potential and current clients
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
