Sales Account Executive in CANADA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive with an intermediate understanding of the Microsoft 365 domain to join our remote sales team. This role will primarily focus on inbound sales, with a portion dedicated to outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations optimize their use of Microsoft 365. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Orchestry licenses and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. Provide detailed information about Orchestry's products and how the tool works within Microsoft 365
  • Outbound Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities. Conduct research to find potential clients and engage them through calls, emails, and other outreach methods
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Orchestry's products and their applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track progress and maintain accurate sales records
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to help improve products and sales strategies
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and advocating for their needs within the company


Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on inbound and outbound sales activities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies. Ability to articulate the benefits and value of Orchestry to potential and current clients
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
