Product Designer (AI Voice Agents)

About the Role

We're building infrastructure and tools that power real-time AI voice agents used by fast-growing companies. Design quality matters here—every interaction happens in real time, under pressure, with real users.

As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end product design across core user workflows. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to shape features from first principles—not just polish UI after decisions are made.

This is a high-ownership role with real influence over product direction, UX quality, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product experience end-to-end — from early concepts and product requirements to polished, shipped features used by real customers in high-stakes, real-time scenarios.
• Shape how users interact with AI-powered products, turning complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive, and human-centered experiences.
• Work closely with engineers and leadership to define, refine, and ship features while ensuring design quality is maintained through implementation.
• Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate user pain points into thoughtful design solutions.
• Proactively identify UX friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement across the product.
• Build and evolve the design system, establishing standards for consistency, scalability, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain a high bar for design quality, usability, accessibility, and visual polish.

• Influence product direction through strong design thinking, user advocacy, and data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on shipped software products.
• Strong user-centered design background (HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience).
• Excellent product taste and strong understanding of usability, information hierarchy, and visual design principles.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality, consistency, and polished user experiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own projects from concept through launch.
• Passion for building intuitive and delightful user experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing SaaS, AI, developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or enterprise software products.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Familiarity with user research, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience working on products that involve automation, AI, machine learning, or conversational interfaces.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $230,000
• Equity participation included
