We're looking for a full-time Web Designer & Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role focuses not only on building and delivering websites, but also on maintaining, optimizing, and growing existing client websites and internal brands through continuous improvements, SEO, and performance optimization.
Expectations for this role:
- Design and develop websites using WordPress and Elementor (no/low-code)
- Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing sites aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into web solutions
- Work with wireframes, mockups, and design tools
- Perform ongoing website maintenance (updates, audits, bug fixes, plugin cleanup)
- Improve site performance, usability, and conversion rates
- Ensure websites remain secure and up to date
- Implement basic SEO (on-page, metadata, structure, speed optimization)
- Monitor and improve page load times and technical performance
- Provide ongoing client support beyond initial delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams on long-term projects
- Contribute to internal brand websites and digital presence

Personal & Professional Skills we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in web design and/or development.
- Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor. Framer or any other website builder is a plus
- Hybrid profile: comfortable with both design and development (no-code/low-code).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (or currently learning and interested in developing it further).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Experience with Figma (and Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
