Technical Implementation Project Manager (SaaS)
We’re partnering with a growing, product-focused software company to hire a Technical Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding and drive successful SaaS deployments.
This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll own multiple implementations simultaneously, working directly with stakeholders via daily video calls to ensure a seamless and successful rollout.
About the Role
As the Technical Implementation PM, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, guiding them through implementation from kickoff through go-live. You’ll blend project management, technical understanding, and client relationship skills to ensure each customer is set up for long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for new clients
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables
- Conduct frequent live client sessions (Zoom/Teams) to drive progress and alignment
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve issues
- Track risks, dependencies, and project milestones
- Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” client experience
- Drive adoption and ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation support

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, or Client Success
- Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong client-facing communication skills with comfort leading frequent video calls
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data workflows is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working fully remote and independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Background in software, data, or platform implementations
- Certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
