Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Selenium QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on a variety of outsourced projects for our clients across various industries. As a Senior Selenium QA Tester, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests using Selenium, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and translating them into test cases. You will work closely with our development team to identify and prioritize test cases, analyze test results, and report issues. This role also involves creating and maintaining documentation related to testing processes and results, as well as participating in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases.
• Analyze test results and report issues to the development team.
• Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes and results.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.
• Continuously improve the quality of our software by implementing efficient testing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance the testing process.
• Identify and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability of tests.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. (Title and cedula)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role.
• At least 5 years of experience using Selenium for automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java or Python programming languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Mexican passport (valid or expired)

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 USD per annum (commensurate with experience)
