Algorithm Engineer (Search / Recommendation / Matching)

Hyphen is working with with one of the world’s largest digital freight platforms, connecting millions of shippers and drivers through a high-scale logistics marketplace, to hire an Algorithm Engineer.

As the company expands globally, SG is becoming its APAC hub - you'll be joining a Singapore-based product team, and your goal will be to apply ML solutions to real-world matching, ranking, recommendation, and growth problems!

This is an end-to-end production ML role: data, features, modelling, deployment, monitoring, optimisation. Strong fit for candidates from recommendation, search, ads, marketplace matching, or high-scale decisioning environments.

Need to have:

• 1+ year in applied ML / algorithm engineering
• production experience with ranking / recommendation / search / ads / matching
• PyTorch / TensorFlow / XGBoost / LightGBM
