We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Content Manager to join our team and help us scale content creation at Scout24. As an SEO Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating useful content for our audiences, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine visibility for ImmoScout24 and immoverkauf24. How your role will look like:
- You'll be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that drives traffic and boosts rankings for https://www.immobilienscout24.de/ Wissen Hub (content pages), and company's satellite portals (example immoverkauf24).
- You will identify relevant and popular topics and trends to develop content that brings various multiple audiences to Immoscout24 (homeowners, landlords, seekers, etc.). This includes creating new and maintaining (updating) existing articles on the ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure attractiveness and relevance of content.
- Develop and implement SEO content strategies to increase https://www.immobilienscout24.de/ and satellite portals' visibility and drive traffic.
- Manage external content creators: create briefings, approve ready content.
- Directly edit existing articles and blog posts to make sure they remain time relevant, SEO optimized, and convert well.
- Manage the CMS (adding new content, managing existing content, creating new components and templates with the engineering team).
- Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenues.
- Perform on-page optimizations to enhance search performance of the Immoscout24 blog - WissenHub.
- Optimize CTAs to increase conversions into various Immoscout24 products for homeowners and seekers.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and content creation, preferably in a marketplace business or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO content strategies and driving growth.
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms, rankings and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in keyword research tools, SEO analytics platforms.
- Experience managing CMS tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with AI is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external service providers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high adaptability.
- Familiarity with the German real estate market and industry is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
