Junior CSS Developer

We are bringing on a Junior CSS Developer to help us support a long term engagement with an international logistics firm. This role focuses on the visual clarity and structural presentation of our internal tools and documentation platforms. You will work closely with our advisory team to ensure that the systems we build for clients are easy to read and simple to navigate.

You will be responsible for the front of the front-end, ensuring that style guides are consistent and that the user interface supports a quiet, efficient workflow. This is a fully remote position where you can develop your technical skills within a professional advisory context.

What You Will Do

• Write and maintain modular CSS to support internal web-based tools.
• Refine existing layouts to make them more accessible and readable for client users.
• Create and update digital style guides that the rest of the consulting team can follow.
• Collaborate with our advisors to understand how they present data and build templates to reflect those needs.
• Test these layouts across different browser environments to ensure a reliable experience for a global logistics team.
• Troubleshoot layout bugs or visual discrepancies in our core reporting tools.
• Adjust typography and spacing to ensure that even dense management reports remain legible.
