Job Details
Position: Rust Developer
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Type: Part Time
Work schedule: 5 days per week
Compensation
Monthly salary: 20,000 PKR equivalent in USDC
Payment method: USDC (cryptocurrency)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Rust-based applications for BTB Finance
Design and implement smart contracts on the Solana blockchain
Collaborate with team members in a distributed work environment
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
Stay current with advancements in Rust, Solana, and blockchain technologies
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Rust programming (portfolio or GitHub required)
Experience with Solana blockchain development
Familiarity with other blockchain platforms is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional Skills That Would Be Beneficial
Experience with WebAssembly (WASM)
Knowledge of cryptography and secure coding practices
Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, etc.)
Understanding of DeFi protocols and tokenomics
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
