About the Role

Staff X is an Australian offshoring company placing top talent with clients across Australia, NZ the UK, and the US. We're growing our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Construction, Engineering & Estimating vertical.

This is a fully remote, permanent role based in the Philippines. You'll work with an advanced AI-powered ATS, and have the opportunity to build genuine long-term partnerships in one of our most in-demand verticals.


A background in Construction, Engineering, or Estimating recruitment is a strong advantage - but we're equally keen to speak with experienced consultants from other sectors who have delivered results in permanent or long-term contract environments. If your experience is primarily in short-term casual or temporary placements, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing through to offer management
  • Proactively headhunting
  • Building and maintaining a consistent talent pipeline for Construction, Engineering, and Estimating roles
  • Facilitating client role briefs & interviews, capturing real-time feedback, and managing the full client-side process
  • Managing offers, negotiations, and reference checks through to a smooth handover
  • Maintaining accurate ATS records and contributing to team-wide TA initiatives


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in permanent or long-term contract recruitment
  • Experience working with AU,NZ UK, or US clients
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end placements
  • Construction, Engineering, or Estimating recruitment experience highly regarded
  • Advanced sourcing and Networking skills
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence
  • Self-starter with genuine initiative - you identify problems and solve them without being asked
  • Tech-savvy and excited by AI tools and automation in recruitment
  • High personal accountability - you own your desk and your outcomes
