The Role
We aren't just looking for a traditional designer, nor are we looking for a standard front-end engineer. We are looking for that rare hybrid—someone who possesses a phenomenal eye for design, but also knows their way around the code.
In this role, you will own the visual and interactive experience of our tracking dashboards and software tools. Because you have coding experience, you won't just toss designs over the wall to the engineering team; you will understand exactly how your design decisions impact the codebase, ensuring that what looks great on screen translates perfectly into a fast, intuitive analytics platform for our users.

- Lead the Design Process: Architect and design intuitive, beautiful, and highly functional user interfaces for our complex data analytics dashboards and software platforms.
- Data Visualization: Design clear, easy-to-read data tables, charts, and metrics displays that help media buyers make rapid, high-stakes decisions.
- Prototype & Iterate: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders and developers.
- Bridge the Gap: Work closely with our core engineering team. Use your understanding of code to create technically feasible designs and help troubleshoot UI implementation.
- Establish Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring visual consistency across all of Roaspy's digital products.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Several years of proven experience specifically designing software platforms, SaaS products, complex web applications, or data-heavy dashboards.
- A Stellar Eye: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and modern user-centric design principles.
- Design Tool Mastery: Highly proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Technical Know-How: You have hands-on experience with front-end coding (HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript/frameworks). You don't need to be a full-stack engineer, but you must understand how a browser renders code and how your designs impact development timelines and performance.
- Location: You must be currently based in Nepal and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate seamlessly with a global team.
