We're a Warsaw-based consultancy (with a second office in Bangalore) delivering Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud projects for leading telecom operators worldwide. We're looking for an IT Project Manager to lead software engineering projects for our international B2B telco clients.
What you'll do
Lead the delivery of software engineering projects from planning through go-live — coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope and timelines, and keeping clients aligned and confident throughout.

What we're looking for
- Solid understanding of software engineering projects and delivery lifecycles
- Fluent English — this is essential, as it's the working language with our clients and teams
- Availability to work in the US Eastern time zone (CET +6h). Most meetings take place in the afternoon, and occasional work until ~9 PM CET will be required
- Strong organization, ownership, and clear communication

- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience with Salesforce implementations
