Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer at ManaAgenda. The UI/UX Designer will focus on designing intuitive interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and automation tools, working closely with product managers and developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that lead to clear, user-centered experiences. The role involves conducting or interpreting user research and feedback, refining visual design systems, and ensuring consistency across products. The designer will collaborate with front-end developers to hand off design specifications, validate implementation, and iterate based on usability and performance considerations.
Qualifications

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in creating mockups and prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Solid visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and design system creation.
