Senior / Lead Platform Engineer – Data & ML Infrastructure

We’re looking for a seasoned engineer to take ownership of the design, implementation, and operation of core data, analytics, and ML infrastructure. This is a hands‑on leadership role spanning platform architecture, DevSecOps, DataOps, and MLOps—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

What you’ll do

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end data & ML platforms: lakes, warehouses, streaming/batch pipelines, training & deployment infrastructure.
• Lead DevSecOps & DataOps practices: infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, secure multi‑region cloud operations.
• Integrate AWS services (S3, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, EKS/ECS) with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.

• Build and operate ML infrastructure: clusters, model versioning, MLflow toolchain, monitoring, retraining workflows.
• Establish data governance, lineage, quality, and observability standards.
• Mentor engineering teams, define best practices, and guide high‑scale implementations.
• Optimize performance, cost, and scalability; resolve large‑scale production issues.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in data platform architecture, cloud/ML infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in Databricks + AWS, with proven ability to design and operate production‑grade ML/AI platforms.
• Strong hands‑on skills in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Python, SQL (Scala a plus).
• Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, CI/CD for ML, and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, MLflow and data governance frameworks.
• Bonus: background in fintech or regulated industries.
• Vietnamese language skills is highly desirable
