Responsibilities:
- Lead Engineering for MS Teams: Serve as the primary engineer responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams environments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- MS Teams Management and Optimization: Utilize extensive experience to manage, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Integration with PowerPlatform and SharePoint: Implement and manage integrations between Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 services like PowerPlatform and SharePoint to enhance collaboration and workflow automation.
- Integration with Third-Party Tools and Apps: Work on integrating MS Teams with third-party tools such as Luware and MURAL, as well as custom app integrations to extend its functionality and improve user productivity.
- App Integration and Development: Develop and manage custom applications within MS Teams to meet specific business needs, enhancing the platform's capabilities and user experience.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and tier-3 support for complex issues related to Microsoft Teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- System Optimization and Automation: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing MS Teams performance and automating routine administrative tasks.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, delivering solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance collaboration.
- Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in MS Teams deployment and management.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that MS Teams environments comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations, implementing best practices for data protection and compliance.
Requirements:
- Extensive Experience with MS Teams: Proven experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams in large enterprise environments.
- Large Enterprise Expertise: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Teams in large-scale enterprise settings, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating MS Teams with PowerPlatform, SharePoint, third-party tools such as Luware and MURAL, and custom app integrations.
- App Development Skills: Proficiency in developing and managing custom applications within MS Teams to enhance functionality and meet business needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in deploying, configuring, and managing MS Teams and related collaboration tools.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within MS Teams environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders and understand business requirements.
What we offer in this role:
- Initial 18 month contract assignment with option go internal (contract-to-perm)
- Hybrid working (on/off-line in the office)
- 36 hour work week
- Full pension according to Dutch temp labour CLA
- Bandwidth for a fixed term assignement: €5060 - €8143 gross per month, excl. holiday payments & 13th month.
