Senior Graphic Designer - Digital & Print Assets

ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is supporting the hiring of a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across digital and print. From social graphics and ad creative to brand assets and marketing collateral, you'll bring ideas to life for a range of audiences.

COMPENSATION

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design digital and print assets including social graphics, ads, and marketing collateral

- Develop and maintain brand identity, style guides, and visual standards

- Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and infographics

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns and concepts

- Prepare and optimize files for web, print, and presentation

- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Three or more years of professional graphic design experience

- Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- A strong portfolio showing digital and print design work

- Solid grasp of typography, color, layout, and branding

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Figma, motion graphics, or video editing

- UX and UI or web design familiarity

- Bachelor's degree in design or an equivalent portfolio
