Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Healthcare IT

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years managing and leading technology functions and solutions in a complex organizational structure
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure projects and technology-driven business growth initiatives.
- Experience working with or implementing EPIC electronic health record (EHR) systems in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Extensive executive-level IT leadership experience (CTO, VP, or similar)
- Strong background in healthcare IT (required)
- Proven experience with:
- Epic (required)
- Epic hosting transitions and optimization
- Hyperdrive and Citrix environments
- Deep expertise in:
- Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud technologies
- Data strategy and architecture
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex IT organizations and initiatives
