Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security best practices
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT leadership team
Provides leadership in creating, maintaining, and communicating the architectural vision and direction, and is responsible for the overall integrity of the enterprise architecture.
Creates strategic plans and roadmaps for information and technology based on an understanding of the business and its IT needs.

- Minimum 15 years managing and leading technology functions and solutions in a complex organizational structure
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure projects and technology-driven business growth initiatives.
- Experience working with or implementing EPIC electronic health record (EHR) systems in a healthcare setting is preferred
