No corporate structure. No bloated process. Just a tight team building games that matter to them, and shipping them. This is a fully remote role. The studio has an office in Brighton if you want it, but where you work isn't the point. What you ship is.

What You'll Work On
- Building and shipping playable games and interactive experiences
- Owning features from concept to release
- Writing clean, performant code in Unity, Unreal, or web-based frameworks
- Working directly with a small team - your work ships
What We're Looking For
- At least one publicly playable or shipped project
- Proficiency in Unity (C#), Unreal (C++/Blueprints), or web frameworks (Phaser, Three.js)
- Strong fundamentals: game loops, state management, performance
- CS, Game Design degree or equivalent demonstrated output
