Location: Greece (Relocation from India supported)


About the role: As a CTIO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our clients’ IT strategy, aligning it with their overall business objectives. You will lead their multi-disciplinary teams, driving digital transformation initiatives, managing IT operations, ensuring cybersecurity, and leveraging data insights to enhance our competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a CTO or CIO.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale IT operations.
  • Experience in leading initiatives to modernize processes, enhancing customer experience, and creating new revenue streams.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data management, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT procurement processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with clients’ business goals.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to modernize processes, enhance customer experiences, and create new revenue streams using emerging technologies.
  • The CTIO will drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and IoT to transform the organization's operations and offerings.
  • IT Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee the management of networks, servers, systems, and applications to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Implement robust cybersecurity measures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Manage data assets effectively, ensuring data governance, quality assurance, and leveraging insights for informed decision-making.
  • Vendor Management & Procurement: Collaborate with external vendors, manage relationships, and oversee the procurement of IT solutions.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing spending and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and business units to communicate IT initiatives and align them with business goals.
  • Talent Management & Leadership: Attract, retain, and develop top IT talent, providing leadership and mentorship to build a high-performing team.
