Marketing Manager

LHH is recruiting for a full-time Marketing Manager for one of our growing B2B manufacturing organization clients in the Ocala, FL area. This role will elevate brand presence, strengthen communications, and drive impactful marketing initiatives across the business. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers strong visibility, influence, and ownership.

Location: Onsite in Ocala, FL - Relocation assistance available for qualified US candidates outside of the Ocala.

Compensation: $90K-$115K base + bonus eligibility + benefits

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience (B2B, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or related industries)
• Proven ability to manage people, projects, vendors, and budgets
• Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for translating technical concepts into compelling messaging
• Experience across digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and campaign execution
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working alongside executive leader

Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM platforms, or marketing automation

tools

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute a strategic marketing roadmap aligned to company growth goals
• Lead brand development, digital marketing, video production/content, events, ansales enablement efforts
• Oversee campaigns across web, social, email, print, and PR channels
• Ensure a consistent, polished brand voice across all internal and external communications
• Support trade shows, client visits, recruiting initiatives, and business development
• Manage timelines, budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, driving accountability and results
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, project teams, HR, and executive leadership
