The Job

As an Engineering Lead, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI technologies at Animechain, steering the evolution from conceptualization to deployment. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of AI-driven services.

Requirements

• Passionate about Anime and its cultural impact.
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Profound knowledge and practical expertise in AI technologies.
• Proven ability in project management and team leadership.
• Startup experience with agility in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese, enabling effective communication across teams.
