Senior Manager of Network Engineering

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Network Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and modernization of a large-scale enterprise and data center network environment. This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys balancing hands-on architecture with team leadership and long-term infrastructure transformation initiatives.

You will oversee a team of experienced network engineers while driving enterprise-wide initiatives focused on scalability, security, automation, cloud connectivity, and next-generation network design.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct influence on technology strategy and infrastructure investments across the organization.

• oLead, coach, and develop a team of senior-level network engineers

• .Drive architectural decisions related to routing, switching, network security, automation, and cloud connectivity
• .Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business leadership teams to align network strategy with organizational goals
• .Oversee highly available, secure, and scalable network environments supporting mission-critical operations
• .Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to improve performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency
• .Champion network automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
• .Establish standards, governance, and best practices across networking disciplines
• .Manage strategic projects involving cloud integration, data center transformation, and next-generation networking technologies
